We help organise documents, prepare applications and follow up with your authorisation where required. We are not a government authority or decision-making body, and do not ourselves provide specialist legal or investment advice. Where needed, we coordinate referrals to licensed providers. Our office is in Ajman, with Arabic and English support.

Our role
We help prepare, submit and follow up transactions with the relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP), and the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai, depending on the transaction and emirate, with client authorisation where required.
Al Etemad Al Thahabi provides private administrative assistance and is not a government entity. This website does not represent any ministry or authority. We do not issue official documents or make approval decisions. We do not ourselves provide specialist legal or investment advice; services requiring professional licensing are coordinated through licensed providers. Government fees and service fees are specified in quotations. Approval and fixed completion times are not guaranteed.
