Is Al Etemad Al Thahabi a government entity?+
No. We provide private administrative assistance with application preparation, submission and follow-up, with your authorisation where required. We are not a government authority or an issuer of official documents or decisions, and do not ourselves provide specialist legal or investment advice.
Do you serve Dubai, Ajman and other emirates?+
Support depends on the service, emirate and relevant authority. Our office is in Ajman. The team will clarify availability and the scope appropriate to your case before work begins.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?+
Costs and timings vary by application, authority and completeness of documents. Government fees and service fees are explained in a quotation before work begins. Any timeline is an estimate.
Do you guarantee a visa or licence approval?+
Approval cannot be guaranteed. We prepare and follow up your file; the relevant authority makes the decision under its requirements.
